Maple Apple Butter Oatmeal Bowl
For the oatmeal:
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 2/3 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp apple butter
- Apple Cinnamon Ellenos Greek Yogurt
- Almond butter
- Banana or apples
- In a saucepan add oats, milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Bring to a low simmer and cook oatmeal until desired consistency.
- Pour oatmeal mixture into your bowl and mix in tbsp of apple butter.
- Add your toppings of yogurt, almond butter, granola, and fruit. Enjoy!
