Ham & Farmstead Swiss Crustless Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cubed ham
  • 1 cup Appel Cheese Farmstead Swiss
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Seasonings of your choice (we used onion powder, ground thyme, and cayenne pepper)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a pie dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the diced ham evenly across the bottom of the pie dish.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded Appel Cheese Farmstead Swiss Cheese over the ham.
  5. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the ingredients in the pie dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and enjoy!
