Fajita Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 can low-fat plain refried beans*
- Fresh or pre-sliced bell pepper and onion*
- Corn tortillas*
- Shredded cheese*
- Plain Greek low-fat yogurt*
- 1 lime (optional)*

Ingredients:
- 1 can low-fat plain refried beans*
- Fresh or pre-sliced bell pepper and onion*
- Corn tortillas*
- Shredded cheese*
- Plain Greek low-fat yogurt*
- 1 lime (optional)*

- Slice peppers and onions into thin strips.
- Cook peppers and onions in pan until slightly softened.
- Heat beans on stove for 6-8 minutes or in microwave.
- For crispy tortillas, fold in half and toast in toaster.
- Assemble tacos, top with shredded cheese and yogurt, and enjoy.
