Cheese + tea? Don’t knock it ’til you try it!

Cheese Foam Tea is a popular drink from bubble tea shops. It’s an iced tea, either green or black tea, topped with a thick and creamy foam of whipped cream cheese, milk, heavy cream, sugar, and salt. It tastes like a foamy cheesecake on your drink! Using milk and cream with high milkfat makes the foam more creamy and a little sweet. Adding cheese foam topping will definitely level up your favorite homemade drinks. Seattle-based food blogger Serena Lin says it’s amazingly delicious!
