Chicken Gnocchi Soup

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 16oz cauliflower gnocchi
  • 2 cups whole milk (I used local Twinbrook Creamery because of the A2 protein in their milk! 🐮)
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper

High-Protein Chicken Gnocchi Soup

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 16oz cauliflower gnocchi
  • 2 cups whole milk (I used local Twinbrook Creamery because of the A2 protein in their milk! 🐮)
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper
Directions:
  1. Cut all your veggies and cook/shred your chicken breast.
  2. Add oil to your pot with veggies and garlic.
  3. Sauté for 3 minutes.
  4. Add in your chicken, broth, salt & pepper.
  5. Boil and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Slowly stir in milk for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve and garnish with cilantro.
