A tasty Valentine’s treat that’s good for your taste buds and your heart.

February is Heart Health Month and this easy, heart-healthy frozen yogurt bark makes for the perfect Valentine’s Day treat. The dairy foods you know and love contain micronutrients like calcium, magnesium, and potassium, which are involved in regulating blood pressure. The bacteria in yogurt promotes the release of proteins, which also lowers blood pressure.

So you can feel great knowing this little snack is just as healthy as it is tasty. With just a dollop, you can lower your heart attack risk and bring a smile to that special someone’s face.
