3-Ingredient Protein Bites
Yield: 8 protein bites | Prep Time: 5 min
- 1 cup peanut butter*
- 1 cup powdered milk*
- 1/2 cup breakfast cereal* (Chex works well)
- Add powdered milk and peanut butter. Stir until combined.
- Add breakfast cereal and mix, breaking into pieces. Optional: chill for a couple of hours.
- Scoop about a tablespoon’s worth of mixture and roll into balls.
- Enjoy! Store leftovers in the fridge.
